Job Summary
Design and ship AI agents and pipelines for market mapping, segmentation, customer discovery, deal-flow management, contract triage, executive comms, market intelligence, and CRM automation. Serve as the CSO's thought partner on agentic systems for strategic initiatives, prototype analytical frameworks, and execute special projects spanning GTM, partnerships, fundraising, modeling, and customer-data strategy. Co-develop the shared internal agent infrastructure to enable other teams to build and run their own agents safely and observably, while closing feedback loops and designing self-improvement loops for reusable systems. Bridge strategy, finance, product, engineering, and operations through direct collaboration and workflow automation.
Required Qualifications
- CS or Engineering undergraduate degree
- Track record owning ambitious AI-native projects end-to-end at a frontier startup or research lab, with the ability to operate without close supervision under uncertainty
- Demonstrated expertise building production agentic workflows with modern AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenAI / Anthropic Agents SDK, open source tools)
- Experience in Python, data engineering, API integrations, and workflow automation
- Experience with LLM evals, observability, and optimization (Langfuse, Weights & Biases)
- Comfortable context-switching between technical implementation and strategic thinking, and between writing code and writing prompts
Desired Qualifications
- Domain knowledge in robotics, autonomous vehicles, enterprise AI, or similar markets
- Track record building 0 to 1 analytical tools that drove important business decisions
- Experience in venture capital, corporate development, or strategic consulting
