Job Summary
AI Engineer role focused on building and deploying production AI solutions for aged care, including LLM applications, automation tools, and agentic workflows. You will design, develop, and maintain AI-powered solutions, build scalable AWS-based cloud infrastructure and data pipelines, deliver end-to-end solutions from requirements through deployment and optimization, and integrate advanced AI capabilities such as RAG, prompt engineering, and model orchestration while ensuring security, privacy, governance, and compliance. Collaboration with the CIO and cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions, staying current with AI technologies and contributing to engineering best practices and knowledge sharing. No formal degree requirement; equivalent experience is considered. AWS proficiency (ECS/Fargate, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, IAM) and strong Python (and optionally TypeScript/Node.js) skills are desired, along with a mindset of autonomy, ownership, and clear communication.
