Job Summary
AI Engineer role leading design and development of production-grade AI/ML applications across strategic financial technology and enterprise AI initiatives. Responsibilities include building scalable backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and intelligent workflows; leveraging agentic workflows, multi-agent orchestration, and RAG architectures; collaborating with Product, Front Office, and Technology stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions; enhancing AI platforms and governance for a highly regulated enterprise; and driving end-to-end ownership from concept through deployment and continuous improvement in a fast-paced financial tech environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline
- 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience with AI-enabled applications and AI/ML systems
- Experience with agentic workflows, multi-agent architectures, or orchestration frameworks
- Strong fundamentals in system design, API development, cloud infrastructure, data modeling, and scalable production deployment
- Familiarity with large language model ecosystems, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Experience delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions in a regulated enterprise environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and business teams
- Exposure to or familiarity with financial markets, trading systems, or related workflows is a plus
