AI Engineer, Sr 1

Senior AI Engineer responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions, including an AI-powered chatbot for a national tourism platform, integrating open-source LLMs in private cloud environments, building scalable Python backend services, designing agentic workflows with tool integration, and optimizing model performance across GPU environments. Key tasks include deploying AI models with Azure AI services, enabling real-time chat systems via HTTP streaming, and ensuring integration with databases, APIs, and external services to enable autonomous decision-making. Required experience with Large Language Models, Hugging Face Transformers, GPU deployments, Python backend development, LLM engineering patterns (tool calling, retrieval, structured outputs, streaming responses), and familiarity with Azure cloud services. Nice-to-have frontend experience (React/Next.js) and chat interface development. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, stakeholder communication, and ownership mindset are emphasized.
