Job Summary
Design, build, and optimize integrations between AI frontier models and government systems, platforms, and data environments; identify pain points, scope specifications, and prototype AI-powered solutions for government or enterprise use cases; benchmark models and develop evaluation frameworks ensuring compliance with customer standards; enhance model performance through system prompt tuning or fine-tuning for secure deployment; analyze logs and outputs to ensure reliability and audibility; build internal tooling to streamline secure workflows; collaborate with agency stakeholders to iterate rapidly based on real-world feedback; ship production-grade code with a bias toward speed, simplicity, and measurable impact; required Bachelor's degree and 1+ year experience, plus active TS or TS-SCI clearance; additional preferred experience with government/federal contractors, API design, Python/TypeScript, secure deployments, and ITAR compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, computer engineering, physics, or data science
- 1+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building scalable systems, APIs, or AI/ML applications
- Active Top-Secret or Top-Secret SCI
