Job Summary
Support and extend the existing agentic AI infrastructure by developing new functionality in the agent layer and adjusting workflows. Implement persistent memory and work with embeddings and vector databases to enhance search and personalization capabilities. Collaborate with product teams to deliver customer-facing features across fintech, healthcare, and legal tech domains. This role requires 4+ years of AI/ML experience, strong Python skills, and fluency with AI-Dev tools like Claude Code. We offer a remote work model with a flexible schedule and paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in a similar AI/ML engineering role
- Strong knowledge of Python
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (like Agno, Google ADK etc.)
- Experience with embeddings and vector databases
- Product-oriented mindset with a focus on customer value
- Upper-Intermediate+ English
- Fluent with AI-Dev tools like Claude Code, Codex or similar
