Job Summary
Own the development and maintenance of features within AI services, including autonomous agents that reason, plan, and execute complex business processes. Design, deploy, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems alongside the full LLMOps lifecycle, building robust CI/CD pipelines and comprehensive observability for all AI infrastructure. Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks to ensure quality and reliability while partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver practical solutions. Proactively implement cost-efficiency strategies through intelligent model routing, caching, and prompt optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in software engineering
- proven proficiency in Python
- experience building and deploying applications on a major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- solid understanding of AI and ML fundamentals
- Proven, hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade systems using Large Language Models (LLMs)
- deep expertise in architecting RAG pipelines
- demonstrated experience with agentic frameworks
- implementing tool use via function calling
- Experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining systems in a production environment
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- CI/CD principles
- Knowledge of LLMOps principles and tools for versioning, observability, evaluation, and cost management
- A pragmatic, product-oriented mindset
