Job Summary
As an AI Engineer, you will co-architect AI models within a federated ecosystem focusing on privacy and security. Key responsibilities include designing autonomous AI agents, optimizing Advanced RAG pipelines, maintaining tools for AI agents, creating evaluation frameworks, implementing secure coding practices, and scaling workloads using Kubernetes. You are expected to contribute to machine learning model development for clinical applications and participate in cross-functional collaboration with product and UX teams.
Required Qualifications
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a highly quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as an AI or ML Engineer
- Deep proficiency in Python and Typescript
- Standard ML frameworks such as Langfuse, PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Scikit-learn
- Proven experience working with Large Language Models
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in deploying models in Docker/Kubernetes environments
- Experience with biological, genomic, or clinical data
