Job Summary
Lead design, development, and deployment of AI solutions for healthcare platforms, including GenAI, NLP, and predictive analytics. Build, train, and optimize ML models, deploy across cloud and on-prem environments, ensure HIPAA compliance and data privacy, and continuously improve model performance. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing stacks, monitor production performance, and apply MLOps best practices. Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch; experience with LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude) including prompt engineering and optimization. Advanced degree required (MS/PhD) with 5+ years of AI/ML experience in roles involving healthcare AI, NLP, deep learning, and computer vision.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
- 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, including hands-on work with GenAI, NLP, deep learning, and computer vision
- Strong coding skills in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch; experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Claude) including prompt engineering and optimization
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in healthcare contexts with regulatory awareness (HIPAA, CMS)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices
