Job Summary
Fine-tune and build on existing generative models while developing security guardrails to prevent misuse. Collaborate with teams to deliver AI solutions, research and apply the latest advancements, and optimize model performance through rigorous testing. Maintain detailed documentation for all initiatives. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in CS, AI, or related field (Ph.D. a plus), strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SageMaker, along with experience in AI security and compliance. Located in Texas with H1 sponsorship available for long-term contract engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in CS, AI, or related field
- Strong experience in generative AI, LLMs, and NLP
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, SageMaker
- Familiarity with cloud platforms & containerization
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
- Experience in AI security & compliance
