Job Summary
AI Engineer part-time for LATAM to join an internal growth project building an autonomous AI agent system for fintech workflows. Responsibilities include developing autonomous AI agents capable of decision-making and task execution for financial tasks, building and integrating REST APIs to connect agents with external systems, implementing agentic workflows using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic), working with inter-agent communication protocols (MCP, A2A), and collaborating with the technical team on architectural decisions. Skills needed: solid Python, REST API development, practical experience with LLMs and agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API), knowledge of agentic architectures and autonomous workflows, asynchronous autonomous work style, and Spanish fluency. Desirable: fintech/payments experience, Stripe API, MCP. This role is 100% remote with LATAM-friendly schedule and requires ~20 hours/week.
