Job Summary
Build and extend the core context-learning library, turning customer-informed problems into reusable platform capabilities. Design and implement LLM-powered systems and agentic workflows from concept to production, including features for autonomous knowledge management and reliability frameworks with confidence scoring. Architect async, scalable systems that handle complex AI orchestration and contribute to the direction of our AI strategy and product capabilities. Work in person five days a week from our West Village and Holborn offices.
Required Qualifications

- multiple layers of engineering decisions
- shipped something meaningful to production
- 3+ years of professional experience
Desired Qualifications
- experience with (or strong interest in) how systems learn and improve over time: human-in-the-loop feedback, prompt optimization and context engineering
- experience building agents and autonomous systems
- navigate between research papers and production code with equal comfort
- strong communicator who can clearly explain your work to teammates and customers
