AI Engineer (Navigation Agent)

Job Summary
Conduct LLM fine-tuning and post-training for the Navigation Agent, including instruction tuning, supervised fine-tuning, and preference optimization. Develop Agent models that interpret user intent and movement context to execute navigation functions, selecting and executing tools and APIs while maintaining dialogue context. Build classification, prediction, and ranking models using traditional machine learning techniques. Construct and improve learning and evaluation datasets, then design performance evaluation systems to analyze failures and enhance model quality. Optimize model accuracy, stability, and response speed in production environments while collaborating with Navigation, Backend, Data, and Product teams to apply and continuously improve models.
Required Qualifications
- Machine Learning 또는 Deep Learning 관련 연구·개발 경험
- LLM Fine-tuning 또는 Post-training 직접 수행 경험
- PyTorch 등 Deep Learning Framework 활용 경험 (모델 설계, 학습, 평가, 최적화)
- 분류, 예측, 랭킹, 추천 등 Machine Learning 모델 개발 및 성능 개선 경험
- 학습 데이터 설계·구축 및 정량/정성 평가를 통한 모델 문제 해결 능력
- 새로운 기술과 문제의 빠른 학습 능력
- 다양한 직군과의 원활한 협업 능력
Desired Qualifications
- 내비게이션 또는 지도·모빌리티 서비스 개발 경험
- 경로 탐색, POI 검색, 장소 추천, ETA 예측, 교통정보 등 Navigation Domain 이해
- LLM 기반 Agent, Tool Use 또는 Function Calling 모델 개발 경험
- 검색, 추천, 랭킹 또는 개인화 모델의 실제 서비스 적용 및 운영 경험
- 대규모 사용자 로그나 위치·이동 데이터를 활용한 모델 개발 경험
- GPU 분산 학습 및 대규모 학습 파이프라인 구축·운영 경험
