Job Summary
Integrate Azure OpenAI and LLM technologies into products, building AI agents, RAG systems, and chatbots while leveraging Document Intelligence solutions. Prototype and deliver production-ready AI features, focusing on practical application rather than model development alone. Maintain API integrations using advanced Python with FastAPI and async patterns, supported by a multinational team in a fully remote environment. This role offers flexible hours, PTO, and professional development support within an ISO 27001 certified organization driven by trust and transparency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of solid commercial experience in software development, with a strong Python backend focus
- Advanced Python skills - production experience with FastAPI (or equivalent), Pydantic, and async patterns
- Hands-on experience with LLM technologies, including OpenAI and/or Azure OpenAI
- Practical experience with prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches
- Experience building and maintaining API integrations
- Fluent English (spoken and writtenāremote-first working environment)
