Job Summary
Build and shape an AI-driven analytics platform with scalable AI architectures, model deployment pipelines, and data/AI observability. Lead integration of advanced AI features (LLM-based agents, embeddings, semantic search) from prototyping to production, design prompts/workflows/orchestrations for reliable performance and cost-efficiency, curate datasets for context retrieval and model fine-tuning, collaborate with product/engineering teams to identify AI opportunities, and ensure robust operation of distributed systems.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience writing clean, production-grade Python code for AI applications and automation
- Strong data manipulation skills at SQL level and with pandas/polars
- Deep familiarity with LLM application architecture, vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Pinecone), and orchestration libraries (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning LLMs and ML frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, scikit-learn) and NLP pipelines
- Solid software engineering fundamentals: version control, CI/CD, Docker, API design
- Experience bridging prototypes to production services across AI/model workflows
- Familiarity with AI observability/evaluation tooling and streaming systems (e.g., Kafka)
