Job Summary
AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Agentic AI to design and implement AI-driven solutions for customer interactions via email, chat, and voice channels. Collaborates with software engineers, data scientists, MLOps engineers, product and business owners to translate problems into production-grade AI solutions, leveraging LangChain and LLM platforms (OpenAI, Bedrock, Llama) and for orchestration with Java or Go. Shares ML engineering best practices and supports the software development process to enable engineers to utilize Agentic AI in products. Requires Python and AWS cloud knowledge, LLMOps/CI-CD experience, strong communication in English, and a growth mindset. Flexible hybrid work setup in Lisbon with two office days per week, and benefits including health insurance, meal allowances, and a global tech hub environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on engineering experience in AI/Agentic AI
- Python proficiency
- AWS cloud knowledge
- Experience with LLM platforms (OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Open-source models like Llama)
- Experience with Agentic AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain)
- Knowledge of Java or Go
- LLMOps and CI/CD practices
- Strong communication skills in English
