Job Summary
Integrate pre-trained foundation models into production by configuring, fine-tuning, and deploying them as APIs or microservices for web and mobile applications. Design agentic applications, RAG pipelines, and smart workflows while building data pipelines to ingest, clean, and format data for model inference. Monitor AI systems for accuracy and reliability, ensuring cost-effective and scalable operations. Requires Python proficiency and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and LangChain. This role bridges AI research and practical application at Kyndryl, focusing on functional products like chatbots and automation tools.
Required Qualifications
- High proficiency in Python
- Deep familiarity in JavaScript, Go, or Java depending on infrastructure
- Experience with PyTorch
- Experience with TensorFlow
- Experience with Hugging Face
- Experience with LangChain
- Experience with vector databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS (SageMaker), Google Cloud (Vertex AI), or Microsoft Azure
- Solid understanding of software development principles
- Understanding of version control
- Understanding of API design
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related field
