Job Summary
AI Engineer at HeyMilo developing next-generation AI systems for recruiting using Agentic AI. Core duties include writing scalable Python code, building and maintaining FastAPI-based APIs, prototyping features, experimenting with LLMs and prompt engineering, building RAG and contextual search pipelines, fine-tuning and deploying NLP/CV models, researching new AI tools, and developing observability and AI content auditing to ensure reliability and continuous improvement. Requires strong Python and FastAPI experience, deep understanding of LLMs and AI infrastructure, experience with agentic AI frameworks and data pipelines, and a fast, adaptable mindset.
