Job Summary
Design, build, and ship agentic AI capabilities to support clinical content, protocol management, and administrative workflows within a SaaS platform, including multi-step LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and human-in-the-loop review processes. Collaborate with backend, product, and clinical experts to productionize AI features with strong prompting, context-management, and tool integration, while emphasizing safety, grounding, and verifiability before trust. Drive observable, secure, and scalable AI services on AWS, with a focus on reliability, testing, and governance in a healthcare-critical environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Hands-on experience building and shipping production LLM / generative AI applications
- Demonstrated experience designing agentic workflows and multi-step LLM orchestration with LangChain / LangGraph or equivalent frameworks
- Experience building RAG pipelines end to end: embeddings, vector stores, retrieval strategy, chunking, and grounding
- Build well-tested AI services and APIs, primarily in Python and/or TypeScript, integrating cleanly with our TypeScript/NestJS platform
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
