AI Platform Engineer to build in-house platform powering generative AI agents; develop LLM-powered services and APIs (FastAPI, webhooks); build evaluation pipelines; instrument for observability; design intelligent AI agents for intent recognition and query decomposition; implement context engineering; integrate with internal systems (ACR, Mosaic, Salesforce) and third-party services; work in agile development sprints; collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and build AI solutions; improve operational efficiency such as automating media planning and enabling self-service data access; develop client-facing tools for voice and natural language data queries; automate repetitive tasks in General & Administrative functions; support diverse data sources and data monetization efforts.
