Job Summary
Senior AI Engineer role focusing on scalable GenAI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, building production-grade data pipelines, APIs, and integration with Azure-based cloud services, collaborating with Cloud, Data, and DevOps teams to deploy reliable, observable GenAI workloads.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Data Scientist or AI Engineer with GenAI/RAG experience
- Proficiency in GenAI technologies, retrieval-augmented generation, and modern ML production practices
- Experience with LangChain, LangFuse, NeMo Guardrails, SpringAI or comparable frameworks
- Azure cloud and related services (Azure App Service, Container Apps, AI Foundry, AI Search)
- API development and CI/CD pipelines
- LLM tracing, observability, OpenTelemetry
- Python and Java; Angular, NodeJS, Spring
- Bash or PowerShell scripting
- Testing automation and iterative validation of GenAI solutions
- Statistics, feature engineering, and model evaluation
