Job Summary
AI Engineer driving AI solutions for Corporate & Investment Banking in a complex, regulated environment. Collaborates with CIB units to redesign core processes, develops enterprise-grade API-based AI software within a governance framework, applies AI tools and agents (LLMs/Agents) to business challenges, ensures scalable, low-latency performance, and shapes the governance framework for AI solutions. Emphasizes a product-engineering mindset with strong software development, DevOps, security-awareness, and hands-on experience with AI frameworks and cloud platforms. Remote-friendly with EU-wide options; emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and delivering business value through AI-driven innovation.
Required Qualifications
- several years of experience in software development or AI/ML engineering
- strong software development and DevOPS foundation
- programming in Python, Spark, or Scala
- Experience with Databricks, Azure or AWS
- CI/CD pipelines and testing (unit and integration tests)
- knowledge of software security concepts (OWASP)
- experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen)
- familiarity with data science concepts and machine learning
- ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- adaptive in agile environments
