Job Summary
Design and develop machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications, building, testing, and deploying AI/ML pipelines in production environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions while optimizing model performance, scalability, and reliability. Work with large datasets through preprocessing, feature engineering, and validation, then implement APIs to integrate models into existing systems. Monitor performance and retrain models as needed, staying current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python (and/or Java, C++)
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles
- Experience with data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SQL)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience deploying models at scale in production environments
- Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
- Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI practices
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
