AI Engineer — FFG AI Fellowship (Part-Time, Founding Cohort)

Senior AI Engineer fellowship (part-time, 10–15 hours/week for 12 weeks) in the Philippines remote; build internal AI agents and automation used in production across brands, turn manual workflows into reliable agents, own their quality, cost, and reliability, and coach non-technical teams to work AI-native. You currently lead or mentor engineers somewhere strong and want frontier work with real ownership without quitting your current job. The program offers a direct path to full-time AI leadership roles for standouts; starts in early July 2026 with rolling applications, remote anywhere in the Philippines, mostly on your own schedule, and overlaps with US team. The role is part of a small founding cohort across the portfolio and is designed to fit around a full-time job.
