Job Summary
Conduct process analysis and optimize workflows by translating business requirements into user stories, technical specifications, and blueprints using AI tools. Architect and govern scalable, secure enterprise AI solutions by integrating models into existing systems like core wallets and CRM, while establishing optimized CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Lead solution development with AI-powered IDEs to accelerate delivery, ensuring full production readiness through collaboration with data science teams. Facilitate business readiness by coordinating kickoff sessions and maintaining agile artifacts, including backlogs and technical debt logs. Drive horizontal application of AI models across business units and evangelize best practices among peers while adhering to security-by-design principles and global data protection standards.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture
- at least 3 years hands-on in building Machine Learning (ML) models
- 1+ years of hands-on experience specifically with AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, or Amazon CodeWhisperer
- Deep proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Java, TypeScript, or Go)
- Deep proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and event-driven systems
- Proven track record implementing Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and familiar with MLOps principles
- Advanced understanding of LLM integration, prompt engineering, and automated validation frameworks
- Ability to thrive in rapidly evolving, AI-driven environments with a creative and systematic approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts for both technical teams and non-technical management through brown-bag and/or project update sessions
- Must be available for 2 x onsite per week hybrid set up
- Must be located in BGC, Taguig City

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or a related technical field
- AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect certification
- TOGAF certification
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Background in banking, fintech, or other highly regulated industries
- Active contributions to open-source projects
- Demonstrated initiative in adopting emerging technologies
