AI Engineer - Customer & Marketing Systems

Job Summary
Build and deploy intelligent features that enhance customer segmentation, targeting, and marketing performance using advanced vector databases like Vertex AI Vector Search and pgvector. Maintain and optimize retrieval pipelines that integrate directly with CRM, CDP, and marketing automation platforms while developing AI services on Google Cloud Platform. Contribute to core data models in BigQuery and write clean, fully tested code through active participation in engineering design and code reviews. Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to turn fresh ideas into production-ready software features. Experiment with new AI tools and techniques to keep engineering workflows at the cutting edge.
Required Qualifications
- Some hands-on experience in software, data, or machine learning engineering (including high-impact projects or internships)
- Solid programming fundamentals in Python along with a clean code mindset
- Strong SQL skills and a genuine interest in relational or dimensional data modeling
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts such as embeddings, large language models (LLMs), or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language to ensure smooth, clear collaboration within international teams
