Job Summary
Design and implement backend services and systems to handle growth, while tuning and iterating on LLM integrations and AI agent orchestration pipelines to improve reliability, efficiency, and output quality in production. Ship real, production-grade software with measurable impact on platform performance and user experience. Work closely with a lean engineering team where your decisions carry real weight. This role supports a small, fast-moving team building an AI-driven talent platform that connects candidates directly with startups. Candidates must be based in Stockholm, Sweden, with 5+ years of backend experience and hands-on production experience integrating and optimizing LLMs and AI agent workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend software engineering experience delivering scalable production systems
- Hands-on experience integrating and optimizing LLMs and AI agent workflows in production environments
- A track record of consistently coding and shipping software
- Experience working in fast-growing startup environments
- Startup motivation is essential
- High agency, strong sense of ownership
