Job Summary
Hybrid AI Engineer/Anthropic Architect role embedding with enterprise customers to design, build, and deploy production AI applications powered by Claude. You will act as a technical SME on Anthropic Claude ecosystem, deliver artifacts and prototypes, lead workshops, coordinate across delivery, sales, and partner teams, and translate customer requirements into scalable enterprise architectures while leveraging cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and a variety of AI tooling to create measurable business value.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in software engineering, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or a customer-facing AI role
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building production applications with LLMs — specifically Claude, GPT-4, or equivalent enterprise models
- Demonstrated experience with advanced prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and LLM deployment at scale
- Strong Python skills; proficiency in TypeScript, Java, or another secondary language is a plus
- Experience building or designing agentic systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or DSPy
- Working knowledge of at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proven ability to conduct technical discovery with enterprise customers and translate requirements into architecture decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — ability to explain complex AI topics to engineers and executives
- High agency, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to operate autonomously in customer environments
