Job Summary
Develop and enhance NLP and text analytics capabilities for document classification, summarization, and named entity recognition while integrating these solutions with enterprise datasets and operational systems. Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-enabled applications and front-end user interfaces using JavaScript frameworks, alongside backend APIs and microservices built with Python, Flask, or FastAPI. Contribute to the design, evaluation, and operationalization of advanced Generative AI and agent frameworks to improve taxpayer service and internal efficiency. Requires Active IRS MBI Clearance, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and minimum two years of professional experience in software development and AI/ML systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience developing software applications, analytics solutions, or AI/ML systems
- Experience with Python application development
- Experience developing APIs and backend services using Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks
- Experience with front-end development using JavaScript and modern web technologies
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Haystack, AutoGen, or similar platforms
- Active IRS MBI Clearance
