Job Summary
AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems across the full development lifecycle. Responsibilities include implementing multi-agent architectures, fine-tuning transformer models with LoRA/PEFT or supervised techniques, evaluating model performance, designing end-to-end AI pipelines (data ingestion, feature engineering, inference), implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and prompt engineering, maintaining high-quality code with testing and documentation, monitoring production AI systems for high availability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into AI solutions. Stay current with new AI frameworks, models, and tooling.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong Python programming skills
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn
- Experience working with LLMs, embedding models, or AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.)
- Knowledge of building and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL)
- Experience with version control (Git) and modern development workflows
- Strong problemsolving and communication skills
