Job Summary
AI Engineer – Agentic Workflows to design, implement, and own production-grade agentic workflows and multi-LLM integrations. Responsibilities include building end-to-end agentic workflows (e.g., LangGraph), translating business needs into scalable architectures, developing production-grade agents and tools with tests and documentation, selecting frameworks and design patterns, optimizing latency and cost, defining evaluation metrics and guardrails, designing data schemas, implementing observability and incident response, using AI tools to accelerate development, and providing cross-functional leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of professional software engineering, data science, or AI engineering experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building production generative AI systems
- Strong Python expertise with demonstrated software engineering fundamentals (testing, CI/CD, code review)
- Production experience with LLM-based systems, including advanced prompting techniques, API integration, and workflow orchestration
- Proven experience with LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom orchestration)
- Solid understanding of evaluation methodologies and quality metrics for LLM/agent systems
- Experience independently leading technical initiatives from design through production deployment
- Track record of making architectural decisions and understanding their trade-offs
