Job Summary
Develop and scale distributed agentic AI solutions in a newly formed analytics engineering team at ING. Collaborate with data scientists and product owners to build multi-agent frameworks and orchestrate interactions between agents. Ensure robust, scalable AI capabilities are integrated within the bank to deliver real business impact. Proficiency in Python, modern software engineering practices, microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, async programming, cloud-based managed services (preferably GCP), deployment and provisioning tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift, CI/CD), Terraform, and familiarity with neural networks, LLM architectures, agentic frameworks (ADK, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI), RAG systems, and vector databases. Experience with production-ready software engineering, OpenAPI governance, and strong collaboration with SMEs. Nice-to-have: Java/Kotlin connectivity, observability with tools like Google CloudTrace, LangSmith, Langfuse, Phoenix Arize, and contributing to open-source projects.
