Job Summary
AI Engineer sought to design, build, and productionize AI solutions including ML and Generative AI, focusing on LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, semantic search, vector databases, and enterprise integrations. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining AI solutions, building LLM-based apps, optimizing retrieval and embeddings, integrating with external tools and APIs, deploying and monitoring AI workloads across cloud/on-prem environments, and collaborating with software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI capabilities. Requires hands-on Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, familiarity with LangChain or similar orchestration tools, RAG pipelines, vector databases (pgvector/FAISS/Pinecone/Weaviate), API integrations, cloud deployment (Azure/AWS/GCP), and strong communication in cross-functional teams. Nice-to-have: PyTorch/TensorFlow, MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow), AI safety/guardrails, backend (Java/Spring), frontend, real-time/streaming AI systems, enterprise data platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Python development
- Hands-on experience building and deploying Machine Learning models
- Experience with LLM-based applications including prompt engineering and LLM integration
- Experience with LangChain or similar orchestration tools
- Experience designing or implementing RAG pipelines
- Hands-on experience with vector databases such as pgvector, FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate
- Good understanding of embeddings, semantic search, and information retrieval concepts
- Experience with MCP or similar tool-integration approaches for AI systems
- Experience building and consuming APIs for system integration
- Hands-on experience deploying and operating AI/ML services in Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms and/or on-premise deployment models
- Understanding of logging, monitoring, and observability fundamentals
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
