Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and enhance AI-enabled applications and supporting services using Python, modern web frameworks, and AI-assisted development tools. Configure, deploy, monitor, and support these solutions in Microsoft Azure environments while collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide design recommendations. Write, debug, test, and maintain high-quality production code, design APIs, data flows, and user interfaces, and document system architecture and workflows. Ensure secure development practices for confidential and regulated data, evaluate emerging technologies for adoption, and participate in pull request reviews within Git-based source control workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience developing applications using Python
- Experience with modern Python web frameworks such as FastAPI or similar
- Experience deploying and managing applications in Microsoft Azure, including services such as App Service, Storage, Key Vault, and related cloud technologies
- Experience using Git and pull request-based source control workflows
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and modern coding assistant workflows
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and APIs
- Knowledge of systems analysis, application design, software development, and programming principles
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and application deployment strategies
- Experience comparing, evaluating, and selecting AI models for business use cases
- Knowledge of secure software development practices and handling confidential or regulated data
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to independently manage application development from requirements gathering through production deployment
