Job Summary
AI Engineer at 3Shape responsible for delivering AI-driven capabilities across the customer lifecycle, embedding AI into CRM/ERP/workflow platforms, and ensuring production-ready, scalable solutions. Collaborates with product owners and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI artifacts, integrate with CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics), data platforms and external sources, and enhance automation and user productivity. Requires hands-on backend development and experience delivering AI/GenAI solutions in production, plus Enterprise CRM exposure and experience with large-scale integrations.
