Job Summary
Maintain an authoritative inventory of AI assets, including owners, purposes, connectors, data sources, risk tiers, and review dates. Process intake, validate data/identity/connectors/privacy requirements, and monitor usage/cost/control thresholds. Manage governance dashboards and reporting while ensuring Data Loss Prevention, data classification, and identity/access controls are implemented. Work closely with builders in Copilot and agentic environments, engaging in hands-on work as necessary. This operational AI governance role supports responsible AI initiatives within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of AI governance / Responsible AI / AI controls
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agentic AI concepts and workflows
- Experience in AI asset/inventory management
- Exposure to low-code development
- Ability to understand how agents are built and deployed
