Job Summary
AI Enabler to lead adoption, evolution, and day-to-day enablement of agentic AI tooling and developer experience across the Payments team. Hands-on technologist tasked with testing and integrating emerging AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Devin, Cursor, Copilot, Replit) into real workflows, and turning the team into a proof point for AI-native engineering. Responsibilities include embedding agentic workflows, owning the AI development toolchain, defining standards and guardrails, staying current with tool evolution, redesigning delivery around agent-assisted sprints, ensuring PCI DSS-compliant agent-generated code, documenting tooling and prompts, and contributing to internal tooling and developer experience improvements. Potential line management of a four-person Payments team from day one, with focus on velocity and quality metrics, performance conversations, and staffing decisions. Requires strong software engineering background, experience with modern CI/CD and observability practices, and excellent communication skills. Hybrid work model with regular in-person collaboration in Skanderborg, Denmark.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on development experience
- demonstrated ability to design developer experience improvements
- experience with agentic AI development tools (Claude Code, Devin, Cursor, Copilot, Replit, or comparable)
- experience with PCI DSS or regulatory environments is a plus
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- strong communication and collaboration skills
- ability to enable others through pairing sessions, workshops, and documentation
- experience with backend/frontend/infrastructure across stack
