Job Summary
Contribute to the development of AI-enabled solutions, automated workflows, and data-driven tools to support internal operations and legal work. Collaborate with practice groups to assess technology needs, develop tailored innovation strategies, and lead pilot programs to evaluate emerging technologies. Coordinate the rollout and adoption of technology solutions, ensuring integration into existing workflows with minimal disruption. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive change management efforts, including developing training and communications to encourage adoption of new tools and processes. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Assist in preparing presentations and reports to communicate Innovation department initiatives to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with AI and training technology tools
- Demonstrated experience working with technology solutions (e.g., document automation, matter management systems, AI-enabled tools, or workflow platforms)
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance for legal professionals
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence adoption of new tools and processes among legal stakeholders
- Experience managing projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders, including the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
- The primary location for this job posting is in Palo Alto, but other locations may be listed

Desired Qualifications
