AI Enablement Specialist to lead adoption, optimization, and scaling of Axis internal AI initiatives across the Americas. Responsibilities include building an AI enablement strategy, delivering end-user training and workshops, producing user-facing documentation, coaching users on prompt engineering, identifying AI-driven workflow opportunities, partnering with leadership to measure ROI, and influencing the global roadmap. Must explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, drive change, manage multiple projects, and collaborate within a global team. 5+ years in technology enablement or related fields and experience with generative AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering) and integration with platforms like Power Automate, Salesforce, or Jira are preferred. Office-based in Chelmsford, MA with travel as needed.
