Job Summary
Lead the rollout strategy for AI products across the CIB in partnership with Product owners; provide real-time product feedback as the voice of the CIB; engage with business CFOs to track tangible business outcomes; empower client-facing teams with knowledge of JPM’s AI strategy; offer technical AI advisory through 1:1 meetings, roundtables and/or panel discussions for key CIB clients; drive adoption of AI tools in collaboration with Knowledge and Business Enablement pillars; define success metrics for AI adoption across the full AI tool inventory for senior management; deliver thought leadership on AI adoption and best practices for key CIB clients.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience with AI and knowledge of Financial Services required
- Significant strategy experience with diverse problem-solving background required
- Deep knowledge and understanding of AI&ML preferred (GenAI tools / Prompt Engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic workflows)
- BSc or MSc degree in relevant field
- Outstanding ability to analyze problems and apply quantitative analytical approaches
- Ability to easily assimilate new information and communicate effectively
- Strong verbal/written skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required
