Designing, building, and scaling intelligent automations across Canva's People tech ecosystem within the HR Tech team; hands-on work with low-code platforms and AI-powered copilots/agents to remove repetitive work, accelerate decision-making, and improve self-service. Connect systems like Workday, SmartRecruiters, and CultureAmp through scalable integrations; ensure analytics-ready data and robust validation workflows; act as a force multiplier for HR Systems during peak periods, and collaborate with the People organization to translate technical concepts into practical, scalable solutions that fit day-to-day workflows.
