AI Enablement Manager

AI Enablement Manager to drive adoption of AI across a portfolio of marketing agencies. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities to integrate AI into workflows with agency/functional leaders, developing and delivering AI training and enablement programs, creating playbooks and best practices, coordinating AI workshops and sessions, building an internal AI champions network, managing a bottoms-up AI use case pipeline, maintaining intake/tracking and categorizing opportunities by impact/feasibility/priority, supporting early-stage validation with technical teams, preparing use cases for leadership reviews, assisting with workflow integration and pilots, documenting successful use cases for scaling, and tracking productivity impact while coordinating with IT and business teams across the AI lifecycle. Minimum education is a Bachelor's degree with 4–6+ years in consulting, operations, project management, or related field; strong communication and stakeholder management are emphasized; preferred experience includes exposure to generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) and marketing/agency settings. The role is remote within the United States, with compensation range $100,600—$151,000 USD and eligible benefits including bonus, health insurance, retirement, life and disability insurance, parental leave, and paid time off.
