AI Enablement Lead (Mavens)

AI Enablement Lead for Mavens at Komodo Health, responsible for embedding AI into cross-team workflows, building automations (prompt engineering, agent configuration, workflow automation), driving AI adoption, and shaping a culture of AI fluency. Lead tool adoption, design and deliver training templates and playbooks, track adoption and impact, and hand off AI-driven workflows to the Quality/Delivery standards teams. Provide expert advisory across engineering, delivery, and customers on AI opportunities, guardrails, and best practices; operate with self-direction in a fast-moving environment, bridging technical capability with tangible business value, across a hybrid US-based work model with hub cities and country-wide remote options.
