Job Summary
AI Enablement Engineer at Voize to define, operationalize, and scale how AI is adopted across the organization; build and maintain the internal AI productivity infrastructure, enable AI fluency through onboarding and playbooks, establish guardrails for AI governance and data handling, partner with teams to embed AI into workflows, and drive adoption at scale. Requires 5+ years in a fast-paced tech/SaaS environment, strong fluency with LLM-based systems (prompts, agents, retrieval patterns, embeddings, APIs), proven enablement track record, entrepreneurial mindset, and English (German a plus); location Berlin with remote options.
