Job Summary
Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption by acting as an in-house consultant across departments, enabling employees to work effectively with AI agents and translating identified use cases into functional agent systems. Evaluate suitable architectures for deployment, including shared knowledge structures and guidelines, while collaborating with the core AI team and Chief of Staff to align on strategy and roadmap. Start September 2026 for a 3–4 month, 60–80% workload role onsite in Zurich with some remote flexibility. Salary is 40+ CHF/h.
Required Qualifications
- Perusing a degree in Management, Technology and Economics or a related field combining technology and business
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio at the organizational level
- Experience with business process transformation in an AI context, ideally from a consultancy background (e.g., BCG, Accenture, PwC)
- Strong communication and training skills
