Job Summary
Lead defined AI enablement and adoption workstreams, helping move initiatives from concept and pilot stages into practical, scalable solutions for lawyers and business professionals across the Firm. Develop and deliver user-facing trainings, reference guides and best practices for Firm AI tools; engage frequent and advanced users to understand pain points and opportunities, and translate insights into practical recommendations for configuration, adoption priorities, training improvements and vendor discussions. Coordinate with Knowledge & Innovation, Legal Talent, IT, Office of the General Counsel, Information Governance and other stakeholders to promote, configure and drive practical adoption of AI capabilities, including generative AI, search, classification and analytics. Assess new AI applications for viability and fit; manage multiple workstreams and partner with data scientists, software developers, data engineers and other teams to move concepts into workable solutions. Stay current on developments in AI, NLP and related legal tech markets, and help translate user feedback into improvements; develop training materials and enablement resources, deliver trainings and office hours, and support post-launch adoption with KPI tracking and ongoing improvements. The role emphasizes a mix of technical fluency, business focus, customer service, and change management, with strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of overall professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in AI, legal technology, knowledge management, information retrieval, or related fields
- Experience supporting or driving adoption of AI-enabled solutions in a professional services environment preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
