Job Summary
AI-Enabled Product Manager responsible for the full PDLC of AI-focused, custom software solutions. Define and execute the product vision and roadmap, lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment, coordinate cross-functional teams (design, engineering, data science), integrate AI capabilities to maximize value, manage client relationships and feedback, and establish KPIs to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement. Emphasizes AI integration, customer-centric requirements, and delivering on-time, on-spec products within a contract engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in product management with hands-on experience across all phases of the PDLC in delivering custom software solutions that integrate AI
- Strong understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, machine learning, NLP, data analytics) and software development methodologies
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional design, development, and engineering teams
- Experience translating client requirements into actionable deliverables and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to define product vision and roadmap aligned with client goals and company standards
- Experience establishing and tracking KPIs and quality benchmarks for product delivery
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management tools (GSuite, Clickup, Figma, Jira)
- Remote work experience or ability to work effectively in a global, fully remote team
- Understanding of end-to-end PDLC management and product lifecycle optimization
