Job Summary
AI-Driven Sales Conversion Operations Specialist will design and track day-to-day sales conversion workflows moving users from content and traffic into qualified leads, pre-orders, and sales handoffs; manage conversion-oriented account operations across short-video, livestream, DM, private-domain, and email channels; and embed AI-driven marketing capabilities so AI becomes a measurable marketing ROI engine. The role reframes AI as the core engine for marketing value, enabling 1:1 personalization at scale, rapid response, 24/7 coverage across time zones, predictive intent capture, AI-assisted discoverability, and structural CAC reduction, with success measured by ROI translation. Key responsibilities include CEO communications and executive narrative development, world-class executive content creation, maintaining a unified CEO voice aligned to long-term strategy, scaling thought leadership in EV, AI, Crypto, and Web3, coordinating high-profile appearances, and partnering with PR/IR/Brand to ensure global messaging integrity. Additional duties cover global strategic operations, cross-functional collaboration, and leading governance and execution mechanisms for the CEO Office, plus driving AI-driven workflow transformation to enhance decision-making velocity and content quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Strategy, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in CEO Office, strategy, executive communications, operations, or consulting roles.
- Exceptional executive-level writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution.
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguity, high-pressure, and confidential environments.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience operating conversion-driven matrix accounts (KOC / dealer / sales-driven) at scale, including coordinating with external KOC partners or dealer networks.
- Experience supporting livestream commerce as part of a multi-person combat unit (host + product expert + DM responder + clip operator).
- Experience in robotics, automotive, smart hardware, consumer electronics, or other high-consideration / long-decision-cycle categories.
- Experience building AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, Lindy, 11x.ai, or custom) for sales / SDR workflows — lead research, personalized outreach, meeting booking, or qualification.
- Experience operating GEO / AEO (Generative Engine Optimization / Answer Engine Optimization) — making products discoverable inside AI search and assistant answers.
- Awareness of FTC AI disclosure rules, CAN-SPAM, CCPA / CPRA in a marketing-operations context.
