Job Summary
Identify, develop, implement, and optimize sophisticated artificial intelligence solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and operational effectiveness across the contracting, provider network services, and corporate compliance teams within the Legal & Compliance Department. Partner with legal, compliance, contracting, provider network, insurance, real estate, construction, and operational teams to identify opportunities to automate work, redesign workflows, and implement AI-enabled solutions. Lead cross-functional projects that transform manual and administrative processes into scalable, technology-enabled solutions while maintaining compliance, quality, and operational integrity. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, healthcare/public administration, project management, or related field
- At least three (3) years of project management, process improvement, product management automation, technology implementation, or related experience
- Valid driver's license in the State of Michigan
- Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Experience implementing workflow automation, AI tools, business intelligence solutions, or enterprise software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
