Job Summary
Lead a cross-functional product team to discover, build, launch, and scale AI-powered solutions that accelerate scientific discovery and streamline R&D workflows. Own the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization of a portfolio of AI applications and intelligent agents, translating business needs into production-ready enterprise applications. Partner with scientists, researchers, and stakeholders to drive customer discovery, validate solutions through rapid prototyping, and measure success via adoption, model quality, and business impact. Deliver AI products in 2 to 6 month cycles while balancing rapid experimentation with enterprise quality, reliability, and security.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree and 6 years of Information/Technology Systems experience
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of Information/Technology Systems experience
- Diploma and 12 years of Information/Technology Systems experience
